| ALL of the Free-To-Air channels from the United States and Canada have switched to the newer "Nagra3" format. This occured in Europe about 4 years ago, a Canadian satellite provider began using this file format September 4th, 2008, and a U.S. satellite provider began using the new format in June, 2009. These changes in Canada and the U.S. meant that millions of free to air (fta) systems became unusable after June 18th of 2009. Now there is a system that receives the required free to air receiver files and up-dates via any high speed internet connection without being "wired" directly to the internet or leaving your computer on hour after hour wasting electricity while you watch television. |  |
We only install the complete systems that we supply so customers cannot hold us responsible for installing "cloned" receivers or defective/improper parts. (We offer the installation of customer supplied parts but if you need to purchase extra equipment we recommend buying from us. We know our products and what works and what doesn't work.) We don't sell lesser priced "cloned" receivers that need to be "tweaked" every few days and stop working in a few months. We have never sold equipment based on "price" ... our customers expect quality from us and that's all we deliver. We don't just hand you equipment over the counter and offer you no form of information, installation or other assistance as we take your money. Stores do that. We get many referrals daily due to our complete and tidy installations and customer support service like our community forum. With so many people switching to this new system (and the winter "indoor" months fast approaching) we currently do installations in Welland, St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Fort Erie, Niagara On The Lake, and Pelham only.
